First Book of Christmas Carol Accompaniments William Wieland
BACKGROUND — For almost a decade I have arranged traditional Christmas carol accompaniments for class piano students, i.e. music majors with little or no experience playing piano. On the last day of the fall semester, we have a sing-along. Each student accompanies one carol.

FOR YOU — I want to share these pieces beyond my classroom in schools, homes, or churches with beginning and intermediate pianists as well as more advanced musicians who are in the mood (or need) to sight read Christmas carols.

NO AI — Everything here was created, proofread, and performed by real people.

FEEDBACK — I appreciate any comments or suggestions. For example,
  • Should I place this online for free or should I try to publish it?
    (Which would reach more people?)
  • Do you find any typos in the lyrics and/or music?
  • Are the vocal ranges comfortable?
  • Is any portion of a piano accompaniment much more difficult than the rest?
  • Which piano accompaniments or instrumental melodies could be improved? (How?)
