D2L — Assessments — Dropbox Each submission is worth 100 points. I deduct 10 points each day a submission is late. If I deem the work to be unsatisfactory, I award 50 points but offer you the chance to resubmit the assignment to earn the remaining 50 points.
D2L — Communications — Discuss I award 33 points if discussion posts are submitted on time. (A dialogue requires punctual posts.) I award 33 points if a post has substance. (I grade substance very charitably.) I award 17 points for each useful response to a classmate’s post that is submitted on time. (I require 2 responses.) Before posting, complete any readings or research. Consider typing your comments in a separate file and then copying and pasting your response into the discussion so you don't lose your work.
