I intended to place a cake recipe here, but I must share my sister-in-law's delicious and extraordinarily simple boneless chuck roast recipe.
1 boneless chuck roast 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup 1 package of dry onion soup mix
Place ingredients in aluminum foil and seal tightly. Put in a pan and bake at 300 degrees for 6 hours.
