MORNING • Between 5 & 6 am, listen to BBC or NPR news. Straighten my side of the bed. Drink water.
• Check phone for weather conditions. Exercise (½ hour of quiet rucking or calisthenics).
• Check paper calendar. Prioritize. Study German flashcards: dict.cc.
• Eat my standard breakfast and check for email, facebook, Gmail, and text messages.
Take medication, then enjoy Wordle, Globle, and Globle: Capitals
• While flossing, watch tagesschau in 100 Sekunden and heute-Xpress
• Shower. Dress. Brush teeth.
MIDMORNING • Appointments.
• Compose and/or arrange.
• Practice piano and/or organ.
NOON • Prepare food and eat with Mary Ann. Enjoy Connections together.
• Take a power nap. Mary Ann reads aloud to me for several minutes before I sleep.
• Brush teeth. If time, enjoy Strands.
AFTERNOON • Appointments.
• Learn.
• Work on projects.
• Organize—including composing, arranging, practicing, learning, and projects.
EVENING • Prepare food and eat with Mary Ann. Take medication. Walk with Mary Ann.
• Watch the national news. If time, enjoy Sudoku.
• 9:00 pm — Play piano for fun.
• 9:30 pm — Read for fun.
• 10:00 pm — Go to bed.
